In-shop
- 1-hour minimum, billed in 1-hour blocks
- $75 diagnostic — credited toward the repair if you proceed
- Hardware, software, and data recovery on Windows, Mac, and Linux
Remote
then $62.50 per 30 min
- $17.50 diagnostic fee — we start working as soon as we're connected
- Best for Windows machines · admin access required

Diagnostic
$75 flat fee for an in-shop diagnostic, credited toward the repair if you go ahead. Remote sessions skip the diagnostic — we start working as soon as we're connected.
Quote and approval
We tell you what's wrong, what it'll cost to fix, and how long it'll take. No work happens until you say yes.
Repair and return
We do the work, document it, and call you when it's ready to pick up — or end the screen-share with a working machine.
