These SMS Terms & Conditions govern the SMS messaging program operated by Crusecom Technology Consultants, LLC ("Crusecom," "we," "us," or "our").
Program Description
Crusecom operates an SMS messaging program to send transactional and informational messages to customers and contacts who have opted in to receive them. Messages may include service updates, appointment reminders, account notifications, and other information relevant to your relationship with Crusecom.
Consent & Opt-In
By providing your mobile phone number and affirmatively opting in — either via a web form, verbal agreement, or other documented means — you consent to receive SMS messages from Crusecom at the number provided. Consent is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services. Standard message and data rates may apply.
Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on your account activity and the nature of the program you enrolled in. You may receive up to 10 messages per month. Crusecom reserves the right to adjust message frequency as needed and will notify you of material changes.
Opt-Out
To stop receiving SMS messages from Crusecom at any time, reply STOP to any message you receive from us. After opting out, you will receive a single confirmation message and no further messages will be sent. You may re-enroll at any time by opting in again through the original enrollment method.

Message & Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply to all SMS messages sent and received. These charges are billed by your mobile carrier and are subject to your individual service plan. Crusecom is not responsible for any charges imposed by your carrier. Contact your carrier for details about your messaging plan.
Supported Carriers
Our SMS program is compatible with most major U.S. carriers, including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, Sprint, Boost Mobile, MetroPCS, U.S. Cellular, and others. Carrier support is not guaranteed for all carriers. Crusecom and supported carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Privacy
Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your personal information, including your mobile phone number. We do not sell or share your number with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
