Privacy Policy

Last updated: April 2026

This Privacy Policy describes how Crusecom Technology Consultants, LLC ("Crusecom," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and protects the personal information of visitors to our website at crusecom.com.

Information We Collect

We collect information you provide directly to us, such as when you fill out a contact form, request a quote, or communicate with us by email or phone. This may include your name, company name, email address, phone number, and the content of your messages. We also collect certain technical data automatically when you visit our website, including IP address, browser type, operating system, referring URLs, and pages viewed.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to respond to your inquiries, provide the services you request, send administrative communications, improve our website and services, and comply with applicable legal obligations. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

Data Security

Crusecom maintains PCI DSS compliance in our own operations and applies those same standards of security rigor to the data we handle on behalf of our website visitors and clients. We use industry-standard technical and organizational measures to protect your information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. No method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Cookies and Tracking Technologies

Our website uses cookies and similar tracking technologies. Cookies are small text files stored on your device. When you first visit our site, a consent banner gives you the choice to accept or decline analytics cookies. We respect your choice — analytics tracking is only activated after you provide explicit consent.

Google Analytics

This website uses Google Analytics 4, a web analytics service provided by Google LLC. Google Analytics uses cookies and similar technologies to collect and analyze information about how you use our website. This includes data such as your IP address (which is anonymized), browser type, device information, pages visited, time spent on pages, and referring URLs.

Google Analytics operates using Google's Consent Mode. If you decline cookies, Google Analytics collects only limited, cookieless data used for aggregate traffic modeling — no cookies are set and no personally identifiable information is collected. If you accept cookies, Google Analytics uses first-party cookies to distinguish unique users and sessions.

The information generated by Google Analytics is transmitted to and stored by Google on servers in the United States. Google may use this data to evaluate your use of our website, compile reports on website activity, and provide other services related to website and internet usage. For more information on how Google collects and processes data, please visit How Google uses data when you use our partners' sites or apps.

Your Choices and Opt-Out

You can manage your cookie preferences at any time:

  • Use the cookie consent banner when you first visit our site to accept or decline analytics cookies.
  • Clear your browser's local storage to reset your consent preference, and the banner will appear again on your next visit.
  • Install the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on to prevent Google Analytics from collecting data across all websites.
  • Adjust your browser settings to block or delete cookies.

Data Retention

We retain personal information collected through contact forms for as long as necessary to respond to your inquiry and maintain our business relationship. Google Analytics data is retained according to our configured retention period in Google Analytics (14 months by default). After this period, user-level and event-level data is automatically deleted.

Third-Party Services

In addition to Google Analytics, we use the following third-party services that may process your data:

  • Cloudflare — Website hosting and security. Cloudflare may collect technical data such as IP addresses for security and performance purposes.
  • Cloudflare Turnstile — Bot protection on our contact form. Turnstile verifies that form submissions come from real users without traditional CAPTCHAs.
  • Resend — Email delivery for contact form submissions. Your name, email, company, and message are transmitted to Resend solely to deliver the email to us.

Children's Privacy

Our website is not directed to children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under 13, we will take steps to delete that information.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page when changes are made. We encourage you to review this policy periodically. Your continued use of our website after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
