In our on-going effort to ensure customer satisfaction, we at Crusecom have established a web-based system for the submission of technical support questions. The aforementioned system enables us to swiftly respond to our customers’ needs and can be found at our website www.crusecom.com/support. The following step by step guide is designed to aid our customers in the submittal of their questions, identified as tickets on our website.
Step 1. Enter into the address bar, located at the top of your internet browser, the following web-address: www.crusecom.com/support.

Step 2. After arriving at the website referred to in step one, click on the tab entitled “Login.” The following image will help to identify this tab.

Step 3. Enter your Email and password into the appropriate text boxes and click the “Login” button. This will bring up your user home page.

Step 4. Once the user home page has loaded locate and click the tab entitled “Support Tickets.” The following image will help you locate this tab.

Step 5. Locate and click on the “Submit New Ticket” link. This will load the ticket submission form.

Step 6. After the ticket submission form has loaded, fill in the text boxes with the appropriate information. There is a SPAM protection code located at the bottom of the page. This code must be entered, exactly as it is displayed, into the text box to the immediate right of the code. In order for a ticket to be submitted the user must have already purchased tokens. For more information regarding the purchasing of tokens please see the “Purchasing Support Tokens User Guide.” After completing the form click the “Submit” button. The following image will help locate the key aspects of the ticket submission form.

Step 7. After submitting the ticket you will receive an Email containing the ticket details. The following image will show what you can expect to see after submitting a ticket.
